Return & Refund Policy

At Tennis Pro Love, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note the following guidelines:

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
Instructions: To begin your return, please go to account.tennispro.lov e and log into your customer account to begin the return request process and receive a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Or you can mail back the Items sent back to us; we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is delivered. Returns mailed to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees: Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If Tennis Pro Love provides the shipping label, $8.99 will be deducted from the refund amount. You may also chose to mail back the item using your own shipping method.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees (e.g., $8.99 if we provided the return shipping label). Refund processing times may vary so please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@tennispro.love and your bank for assistance.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get the item(s) you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
